From working on the farm, to seeking out the best oysters from all over the world, to shucking oysters onto a bed of ice ready for you to slurp.
We serve THE freshest oysters in Southern California. Let The Oyster Boys cater your next party and you are sure to be the talk of the town! Typical events include 30 dozen oysters (10 dozen of 3 types.) Tables, Ice, lemons, and condiments will be provided. You give us the time and place and we will take care of the rest! One of our Experienced shuckers will show up an hour or so before service begins, set up and shuck for 3 hours or until the oysters are gone. Oysters are shucked to order while we explain the differences between the oysters we have. We match your pallet with the perfectly salty mollusk that suits you best.
